CARMAN Scan Tool Registration

Register your CARMAN scan tool to download the latest vehicle software updates for your CARMAN scan tool.

Please complete this Form and remember to include your Business Name. You will receive confirmation of your Registration by email within 1–2 business days, as all Applications are processed during normal business hours (Mon-Fri). Note: Non-Trade Customers are not required to sign-up.

If you do not do this, you will not be registered as a CARMAN Scan User or validated to download the Software Upgrades.

You can make up any name of your choice, so long as you can remember it. We suggest this name be in 'lowercase' (small letters), without any spaces.

Enter a password that you will remember. You can make up any password of your choice, so long as you can remember it.

Do not disclose your password to anyone as they will be able to gain access to your records and change information.

Personal Details:
Enter each field as described. We need to know who you are to help us provide a more personal experience for you.

Address Details:
Enter Each Field as required. Use the Street Address 2 field if your address is 'via somewhere'.

Do not use Post Office Boxes … we will not be sending any 'unsolicited' mail.

CARMAN Scan Tool Serial Number:
This is a special feature in the Automotive Service Solutions Website which will allow you to gain access to the CARMAN software downloads for your CARMAN Scan Tool.

To gain Access to the Carman Scan section you need to enter your Serial Number located on the back of your CARMAN Scan Tool.

Register:
Press the 'Register' button at the bottom of the page when you have completed all fields. Your details will then be forwarded to Petro-Ject for verification, and confirmed by return email to you within 24 hours.
